Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration

The PGDBA is a program for people who finished college or have a relevant job experience. It focuses on developing learship skills and offers a parctical curriculum.

Students will learn to solve complex problems, work well with others, and lead effectively in organizations. They'll cover areas like finance, marketing, and human resources to make smart decisions in real-world situtations.

If you have a Bachelor's degree from a known university, or if you're an internationl or SAARC graduate from a recognized institution, you can appl.

Even if you're waiting for your final exam results, as long as you finish your degree within the time given by SCDL, you can still apply.

The program takes years, and you can register for up to four years.

Finance: Work as a financial analyst, investment banker, or other finance jobs.
Management Accounting: Become a cost accountan or work in budgeting and financial control.
Human Resources: Work a an HR Manager or in talent acquisition, training, or compensation.

Exit Policy

If PGDBA students finish their first year and pass all the exams for the first two semesters but can't finish the last two semesters because of unavoidable reasons, they can get a diploma in Management (DIM).

To do this, they need to send a request to SCDL within the time they're allowed to register for PGDBA. It's important to know that they won't get back the money they paid for PGDBA if they choose this options.
